Service Description

*14 Classes focusing on strength and toning, every class is different. *Two classes are pre-recorded and emailed out every week *12 different wellness challenges to complete by the end of December. *Record completed challenges to be entered to win a $5 Starbucks gift card! *Equipment needed: chair/countertop/steady surface to use as a "barre," a set of small (1-3lb) weights, a resistance band, a Pilates ball, mat or carpeted area for core/stretches, and water *Session already started but want to join?
