*24 Classes focusing on strength and toning, every class is different. *Two classes are pre-recorded and emailed out every week *4 different wellness challenges to complete by the end of January. *Complete challenges and receive a $5 Target gift card! *Equipment needed: chair/countertop/steady surface to use as a "barre," a set of small (1-3lb) weights, a resistance band, a Pilates ball, mat or carpeted area for core/stretches, and water *Session already started but want to join?
