*7 Classes focusing on strength and toning, every class is different *Pre-recorded and emailed out every week so you can do them on your own schedule! *Equipment needed: chair/countertop/steady surface to use as a "barre," a set of small (1-3lb) weights, a resistance band, a Pilates ball, mat or carpeted area for core/stretches, and water *Session already started but want to join? No problem! Sign up and the recordings of the classes you missed will be emailed to you.
