What is barre?
Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout that incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. The workout focuses on the lower body and core through small targeted movements while developing strength and flexibility. Benefits of barre include boosting endurance, improving balance and posture, and increasing range of motion. It is a beginner friendly workout for all ages and fitness levels.
